Our families became friends when the kids attended St. Pats. Kellie and I reconnected in the last year and it was like we were never out of each others lives. Kellie reconfirmed her faith and attended Christmas Eve Mass and went to confession. The week before her death we were reminiscing about the funny times over the years of our friendship and we laughed...alot. Kellie deeply, very deeply loved her children and was very proud of Matthew, Cortni and Tiffani. Matt's (my husband) company used the services at Kellis's work and he said she really hustled and was very talented. She loved all of her family and grateful that God brought Rob into their lives.
We pray that Kellie has found peace. There will be a large void in our lives without Kellie. We will miss her smile and laugh but she has left the world with 3 beautiful children.

I was very sorry to hear of Kellie's passing. She was one of my students at Country Meadows. She was an outstanding student with a genuine excitement for nursing. I was thrilled to learn that she had graduated as a nurse. She was a lovely person, who had a smile for everyone. May she rest with Angels. I pray for strength for her entire family at this very painful time.

My heart goes out to you as we, too, have lost my niece Jodi, age 46, after completing her dream of becoming a nurse.
