Mr. Cargiene was a very professional, supportive and motivating instructor. He always presented his coaching style in a very positive way. He and Fritz Scarci were the instructors at Town Park in Canonsburg who trained me to be a lifeguard. He touched and influenced many young people through their programs.

My condolences to his family in this time of loss. He was a man who made a difference.

Always loved running into Frank at the lanes and talking to him about how both of our bowling games were coming along. I know he's up in heaven knocking down as many pins as he can. Truly a great guy! Thoughts and prayers to Frank's family & friends. Rest in peace.
