Flora was an amazing lady, always kind, graceful and not only was she beautiful on the outside but also on the inside. I learned so much from this wonderful woman and I will miss her dearly. To Flora's entire family, my deepest sympathy and condolences.

Although I've never met Flora, I've heard such wonderful things about her. My heartfelt condolences goes to her family; most especially to Betsy, Allison and Emily.

We're now familiar with the expression, "it takes a village." I thank God for Mrs. McCarthy, my teachers and mentors, and a small handful of my classmates' parents, who gave generously of themselves, who dramatized stability, who taught us to have character (not just be one). I thank God I was raised in Mrs. McCarthy's village. We were blessed by her presence; may she rest in Eternal Peace.
