Steven Lee " Porkchop" Kundrat, 62, of Canonsburg formerly of Collier Township, died Monday, September 26, 2022.
He was born December 10, 1959, in Pittsburgh, a son of Robert and Colleen Vogel Kundrat.
Steven enjoyed working as a truck driver for his best friend , Mark Rhoa, at Chiz Brothers of Elizabeth, PA. He thought of the Rhoa family as his extended family. He also drove for Uber for a few years and enjoyed meeting and talking with people from all walks of life.
Steven was a big guy, hence the nickname "Porkchop" which he was known as since his teenage years. With his mischievous smile it was hard not to like him.
His passion was playing poker. He enjoyed traveling to tournaments with his friends. He was well known in those circles in Las Vegas and Houston, Texas. He always had a big smile when reminiscing about his card playing buddies in Houston.
In the last several years he talked about God a lot and the Lord took him home peacefully. Odds are pretty great that St. Peter just caught him dealing off the bottom of the deck.
Steven loved his mother and her dog Shassie. He enjoyed a good holiday meal with his family and always had a story to make you laugh. He loved his sister Janine and enjoyed trying her patience. Steven will be greatly missed and loved forever by his brother Robert and sister in law Jody.
Surviving are his mother, Colleen T. Vogel Kundrat, of Collier Township.; his sister, Janine Pisciotta, of Carnegie; his brother, Robert E. (Jody Lee) Kundrat, Jr., of Dormont; and his Aunt Donna Russman of Penn Hills.
Steven was preceded in death by father, Robert Kundrat Sr.
