Bernice (Ardizzone) DeVitis

Bernice DeVitis, 68, of Washington, died Sunday, December 2, 2018.
She was born July 17, 1950, in Canonsburg, a daughter of Nicholas and Dolores Pacific Ardizzone. 
Mrs. DeVitis was a member of the Belmont Christian Church.
She was a dedicated wife, mother, and homemaker, and enjoyed decorating her house.
On December 10, 1976, she married her husband of over 41 years, Joseph DeVitis, who survives.
Also surviving are her mother, Dolores Pacific Ardizzone, of Canonsburg; her son, Robert P. Veres, of Canonsburg; her grandchild, Kylie Derewecki; niece, Elizabeth Zampini, nephew Tony DeVitis.
She was preceded in death by her father, Nicholas Ardizzone; her sister, Deborah Ardizzone; and her son, Daryl J. Veres.
Friends will be received Thursday, 2-7pm, at the Sollon Funeral and Cremation Services, LTD, 30 East College Street, Canonsburg, Phillip L. Sollon, supervisor, J. David Sollon, director, 724-746-1000.
