Jean Lucille Kusky, 88, of Canonsburg, died Saturday, July 9, 2016.

She was born January 2, 1928, in Canonsburg, a daughter of Joseph and Veronica Staniszewski.

She was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, Canonsburg. Prior to her retirement, she worked at McGraw Edison.

 She was a dedicated homemaker and loved spending time with her family.

Surviving are son, Timothy Kusky, and his wife Cheryl, of Canonsburg, Michael Kusky of Strabane; daughter, Suzanne Angott, and her husband Jeff, of Washington; Diane Kusky (Debbie Lepper) of Hagerstown, Maryland, Renee Harrison, and her husband Gary, of Prosperity; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Ms. Kusky was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen J. Kusky, and her son, James S. Kusky.

Friends will be received Monday 3-8pm at the Sollon Funeral Home, Ltd., 30 East College Street, Canonsburg, J. David Sollon, supervisor, Phillip L. Sollon, director, 724-746-1000.

Departing prayers will be held Tuesday at 9:30am in the funeral home, followed by Mass of Christian burial, in St. Patrick Church, Tuesday, at 10am.

Interment will follow in the Washington Cemetery.
